You have to enter the password to be able to use the computer. There is no way to recover the password. Passwords stop other people from using your computer. If there was a way to bypass it, passwords would be absolutely useless in protecting your computer from unwanted people gaining information about you.
look my friend enter to user manual through press beside cancel yellow like this sign (&) and go through adminstating authentication and will see put code for every thing printing and every proces yo made yo have authority to control on it
If this is still the original OS that was pre-installed from the factory and did not put a password on the original administrator, you may boot to Safe Mode by pressing F8 during the boot up and logging on to the Administrator account. Go to User Accounts inside Control Panel and then change or delete the password for the user-administrator account.

Could you be more specific , which password are you talking about. Does the system prompt you for the password after the windows Xp screen loads or at Dell logo screen.
If its a problem with the windows xp password, you can try the following option
1. Restart your computer at the Dell logo screen tap on the F8 screen 5 - 6 times
2. Select safe mode from the advanced options menu
3. Hit enter
4.Hit enter again
5. Select adminstrator login
6.Reset the password.
a.
Click Start, and then click Run.
b.
Type control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
c.
On the Users tab, click the name of the user account that you want to reset the password for, and then click Reset Password.
d.
Type a new password in the New password box, and then type the password again in the Confirm new password box, and then click OK.
e.
Restart the computer, and then try to log on to Windows XP again.
Note : If you donot have the adminstator account , then you might need to reset the computer to factory defaults.
