My screen broke is there any way i could find a screen for a good price here in aruba it is like AWG 275($170)

Yikes. $170 is much to expensive. They can be had for around $20 on Ebay. And they are simple to replace. All you need is a phillips screw driver and a guitar pick. Or something like it. And some time. Here is a guide that can walk you threw the process.

Hi,

It is not possible to get the codes for ke 970 easily.first i want you to go through the manual click HERE and see if you find any network unlock codes(probably not possible but give it a try).

You can buy the unlock codes of it fro HERE and that is the only solution to unlock it.
