The rubber seal /boot can be replaced If it's really bad but you will need to clean soap dispenser pull it out all the way buy washer magic to clean rubber seal and door also buy afresh put two tables in tub run longest and hottest cycle with extra rinse once cycle finishes than take half bottle of washer magic and pour into soap dispenser run another cycle if still bad do it all again

Rubber cap is item 7 The barrell with switch is item 6. (mouse over the item numbers and the part number is on the right. If you order the barrell with switch you probably do not need the rubber cap.

Hi this is quite a common problem, you have a couple of options you can either go out and buy a new door rubber seal or if it one of those seals where you can get you hand in between two parts of the seal then what you can do is get some thick string and run this in the middle of the seal doing this will pack the seal out a bit and then when the door is shut this will make a lot better seal and it will then stop the water getting in.

ps the rubber seal isnt to expensive to buy but even a new rubber may still have the same problem as its more to do with the way the door is fitted and it seems it dont push the seal hard enough to prevent water getting in so i have found packing it out with some thick string or twine will push the seal out more and will seal it properly when you shut the door to

You can buy online at many pool supplies. Most local swimming pool suppliers will stock popular models. There is also an o ring in the stem where it comes through the top. Don't move handle when pump is running. Turn off pump when switching positions.

not sure why the seal is faulty but yes you can buy a rubber seal for the door go to your local hardware store you might have to look in the section that stops drafts from entering a room or rubber flex material with a adhesive tape that can be formed into any shape eg around a outlet pipe or to seal a window etc and you can always trim some rubber sealer to fit if its a little large . I used a foam roll with adhesive tape to seal my freezer door on a mini bar fridge and its still in use today
