Good old duct tape... i would get some silicone caulking and run beads along the cracks in the box to seal the water out. not sure what colour that is but the caulking comes in many colours as well as clear.

please take a moment to rate this solution.. thanks

When mine did the same thing, I just sprayed each mechanism with some spray lubricant to free it up, worked great. Same in the latches. WD-40 to the rescue.

1996 ford contour, started it this morning, turned it around to back into my parking spot, let the car warm up for about 15 minutes, got in, couldn't get it out of park, turn the car off, and now it wont...

One thing to look at is the large black plastic "bellows" that comes from the intake plemun towards the air filter. It is common for these to get brittle and crack over time, especially in cold weather. The crack may be closed when the car is in neutral, but when you put it in gear, the engine moves a little and the crack opens up and creates a vacuum leak. Look it over real good and if you find a crack, some duct tape will provide a temporary solution. I hope this helps.

My controller do not work with my x box 360

it might be the battery on the controller or the bottom corners of your battery holder on your controller, if there cracked or broker then youll need some duct tape or electrical tape id reccoment a new controller if thats the problem, also replace the batteries. there is a slight chance there bad, if all else fails and you still ahve the receipt then you can send it in and get it replaced/fixed. hope this helped

My windshield washer reservoir leaks on my '98 Honda Civic.

Ok... put the duct tape down. And back away from the truck... just kidding.. I wouldn't recommend duct tape. or hot glue...
If you have a visible crack or hole, drain the tank to below the crack, clean with a little vinegar and water, and lightly sand the plastic housing.
Place a small patch of plastic sheetrock mesh tape over the crack and then...
Use a bit of epoxy that is recommended for use on plastics. Mix up a small batch, spread over the crack and over the mesh.. Let dry and refill.
Don't worry about pressure, because the tank isn't under pressure on most cars...

Cracked thule box is what Thule recommends you use to seal your crack :) -- it is an ABS patch kit and is waterproof as it is used for permanent canoe and kayak repairs. it is NASA designed.

I am using it on my Atlantis 1800.

If you can get to the back of the speaker cone you could try a little touch of duct tape over the back of the crack. Pretty strong stuff and if your lucky no one will ever know!
