Is anyone else having problems getting Konica to stand behind its products.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

The code is for fusing warm up failure. Turn the machine on, wait for the error, then open the front door - you will see a cover on the right hand side which you need to unscrew and remove, behind that is a board (PWB-S1- Tech. Rep. Setting Switches Board) press the trouble button then reinstall the cover and shut the door. Your printer should now reboot - if the error comes back you will need to have the fuser either repaired or replaced.

I figured out the problem. You have to go into Service mode and in fax set up utility you have to set the Marketing Area for US. The machine I had was set for Japan and it was apparently not recognizing the US dialing pattern for outgoing faxes.JB
