A customer of mine has a 42" Luce and the remote is missing. They're using an MX900 remote, so I could download the codes otherwise they would need a new remote.

This will takeyou to the RCA main customer support page. Just go to the universalremote control section and find your model remote control. Use themodel number to find the technical support information page. On thispage will be a copy of the owners manual and the remote control codesto use with your products. Most any lcd panel made in the last 2 years does not have generic codes available , you will have to invest in a learning remote if you want to have only one remote control.
