open the oven door all the way and look down at the hinges. there is a little locking clip that you swing into position that locks the hinge from closing. it might be stiff and need some cleaning depending on how old and dirty your oven is. Also you might have to push down on the oven door to make the hinge open fully to get the locking tabs into place. making shore that the locking clips stay in place and hold open the hinge as you lift the oven door slowly towards its closing position and you will see the whole hinge lift up from inside the oven cabinet and the door will just lift out. be careful not to catch your fingers. make sure the looking tabs stay in place during removal as the hinge is very hard to get back into this position again. re fitting is the reversal making sure that you have pushed the base of the door all the way back into the cabinet and push down on the as to open it to release the tabs.
Can be awkward but open the door fully, on the hinges there should be a small sliding clip, slide forward to lock hinges and lift door from close to oven.
The only way to replace the hinge receptacles is to pull the oven out of the opening. If you need parts you can get them on the link below. Also if you call the link below they will walk you through on how to replace.
Ovens
come in many varieties including freestanding units and stacked models
that are inserted into a wall. Kitchen oven units that get a lot of use
or are getting old may have problems develop, such as a loose or
squeaky door which may require replacing the hinges. You can replace
the hinges on the door to your oven by first removing the door from the
rest of the oven.

Remove
the door from the oven by disengaging the locking mechanism and then
pull the oven door out. You may need to release a catch on the door or
remove a pin from a hole in the hinge.
Step 3
Place the door on a flat surface such as a table or the floor.
Step 4
Remove the screws that hold the sections of the door together to access the hinges.
Step 5
Remove
the hinges from the door. The hinges may be attached to the door with
screws or they may be held in place when the door sections are
tightened or secured.
Step 6
Insert
the new hinges into the door and secure them with the screwdriver or
place the section of door back on. Tighten all of the screws securing
the sections together.
Step 7

most doors lift off. there should be some stops on the hinge .set them before remmoving door . but you have already got the door off so you will have to reset the hinge lever till the stop will hold then insert the hinge into slot and fold the door down . release the stops and door work work properly . mm .
Normally you force the hinges open and there will be a small hole to stick a nail in to keep them open. It is VERY hard to install the door if the hinges are trying to close it. You hold the hinges out with the nail while you install the door, then release the hinges to close by removing the nails.
Place a hammer handle between the door and the frame at the hinge location.
Carefully apply pressure on the door to push the door closed.
This will often re-set range door hinges.
