We would like to set up call forwarding and remote access to call forwarding. The phone's manual says it is possible, our phone company says we need to have an analog phone to program it. Do we need to buy an analog phone despite our digital's phone's manual saying it's a feature?

Assuming this is on an Avaya IP Office, there is no way to reset it at the phone level. You will need to have the admin log into the "Manager" software and remove the not needed items under your user name.

To cancel Call Forwarding:
Press the Menu button and then the softkey below CFrwd (if available on your display) while on-hook.
or, Press Call Fwd while on-hook.
or, Dial the Call Forward Cancel code #2 while off-hook.
