Putting a child craft crib together

You can locate the Child Craft crib instructions at www.child-craft.com. Assembly instructions are located to the right of the screen at the top. Once you are on this screen, you will need to only type in the five digit model number ( 33901).

When it comes to Child Craft products crib conversion rails they can get the low down for you. Give them a call or email - very prompt service and knowledgeable. I have a discontinued crib and NO CRIB #. With a little bit of work though Baby's Own Room got the answers for me and I promptly ordered the conversion rails I needed.

Information from Child Craft Industries

MODEL NUMBER VERIFICATION:
Crib model numbers are stamped directly on the crib in black ink on the underneath bottom edge of one of the crib sides, headboard, footboard or stamped on the label attached to the inside face of footboard bottom rail.

On other Child Craft and/or Legacy furniture the model number will be stamped in black ink on the back panel.

Often "47167" and "01700291" are mistaken for model numbers. These numbers are NOT valid model numbers.

I had the same problem and I put baby oil on a rag and wiped the metal bars with it. I haven't had a problem since.
