SOURCE: Logitech Z-5500 Speaker stand problem

The stand was held on with a nut on the inside. There is not longer a nut on the inside of the hole, so there is now nothing for the stand screw to attach to. The nut is now stuck to the magnet on the speaker. You will need to disassemble the speaker housing to remove the nut from the speaker magnet and reattach then stand. peace. Paul.

SOURCE: Computer satelite speaker dead... How do you open up the satelite to get inside???

I had this problem as well, I finally figured out that the rubber plugs that allow you to remove the dust cover are able to be pulled off. Get a pair of plyers and just yank em out, which will reveal 4 discreetly placed screws :). I am having somewhat of the same problem you are however, and opening the speakers up did no good for me, the wiring seemed fine but I still get a rattling or complete silence whenever I exceed a certain volume. Let me know if you manage to find anything out and if you solve the problem, I'd like to try it so I don't have to try to find a replacement satellite. Jeremy

SOURCE: Logitech x-530 speaker problem

Try going through this troubleshooting procedure site first: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-...*uWZ8vi&p_accessibility=0&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NzgmcF9wcm9kcz04NDQsMTcmcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B2PTIuMTcmcF9jdj0mcF9zZWFyY2hfdHlwZT1hbnN3ZXJzLnNlYXJjaF9ubCZwX3BhZ2U9Mg**&p_li=&p_topview=1 If you get no solution from this, there are other similar logitech speaker systems that have had similar problems on initial models. it appears that logitech have been very helpful with replacing speakers in the past if design or product is faulty. Give them a try. hope this helps:)

SOURCE: I have the Logitech Z130 speakers, and the left

could also be a damaged wire, check that first by "feeling up" the wires, does it feel cut or interrupted somewhere? if not, you can open the speakers by lifting or prying out the rubber cushions on the bottom side and removing the screws. Remember this voids your warranty, if it's still applicable.

What happen to my S100 logitech speaker..it has power when plug but why is it there is no sound made then i can hear a radio instead of the sound coming from my computer where it was connected

Hi Relyn Recopelacion, as you say, your S100 Logitech, is picking up a nearby radio station because the audio input cable could be wrong or because it is not connected to any device and the cable is making antenna
Replace the audio input cable and test
Comment what happened
Greetings Franco Dosil

I have the speakers S125i of logitech, but there is a piece that is loose inside of the speakers, at the begining the speakers sounds well, but then the left speaker stoped working. I think I'm able...

The Logitech is a little tricky. You need to carefully pry off the white bezel around the speakers and then pry away the grills. Under the grill you will find four screws holding the two speakers, and four screws set deep in holes.

Undo these eight screws and the front will come off.

Logitech x 230 speakers "dead"

Razor Your correct, you will have to open it up however which may void a warranty depending on how long you have had it. It is possible the converter went bad, this happens in these. If this is the case Logitech is really good on replacement and price{ if you even have to pay} The link below is a test link you can try and also a Logitech forum with Logy employees that are really good with help and support. http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2913&p_created=1125714076 Hope this helps.

Channel not working

If the Logitech Pulse 475 is the same as the Labtech Pulse 475 then the left channel amplifier probably blew. The Labtec uses a 5 pin TDA2030A, which costs around $3. You will need to know how to solder to repair this. The back of the case comes off by removing the 8 screws around the back of the case and lifting it out by the power cord. Then, simply desolder the left channel amplifier marked IC201 (it's on the leftmost side of the board, next to the volume potentiometer) and solder the new amplifier in it's place.
