Motor speed is coming down while loading with user 200 lb
SOURCE: proform treadmill 580si motor is not working
Recheck your wiring and check your ground. If all that checks out then triple check your control board. Also the motor SHOULD have a reset button make sure that the button is not out and it is fully pushed in

If this is the same problem you had prior to replacing the MCB and speed sensor. I would check the drive motor, unplug unit then remove motor shroud then unplug the connectors leading to the motor itself. If you have wire leads and a 18v drill battery connect the leads into motor then attach the other end to you battery and if the motor will rotate ( approx. 1mph) , if it does the check speed sensor to see if the correct spacing between sensor and front roller ( check if the magnet has not fallen out of front roller pulley this also can cause you problems) hope this help!!
SOURCE: treadmill stop then display an error speed
If the is a Next Gen unit need to enter Diagnostic menu by pressing and holding pause then press clear twice. Continue to hold pause until until read service menu. press any arrow up and select system test ,then press
enter the display will begin to automatically scroll thru available options. press enter to access Main Motor Module the next window will be Speed Automatic.
Upon entering this test mode you will able to check the drive motor and motor control board. By using the the speed arrows you will be able see the actual speed if functioning if not it could possibly be the speed sensor or wire harness ( SIMPLE CONTINUITY CHECK WILL RULE IN OR OUT THE HARNESS ) and point the problem. Now if their is no belt movement then hit clear and proceed over to SPEED CONTROL ERRORS hit enter this test allows seeing the motor controller conditions that are being displayed on the motor controller display if any of these come up then the controller need s to repair or replaced:
Max Temperature, Maximum voltage, Fault Line 1 error, Static current trip and dynamic current trip ( this also can a running belt tension this can result in a cannot obtain speed error message ) hit clear to get out of diagnostic once you eliminated the problem. Good Luck!!!

No. this happen because had been lack of maintenance LUBE. Lube the deck belt, you must do it every week of use normally. Use 100% silicones or wax instr. manual.
2) LUBE the rollerer bearings too.
3) Test the input voltage motor, if there are Voltage the motor need repari.
4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
God bless you
