Amazon have
purple candles (some of them burn for 10 hours) but they also have really nice
purple candle holders and lanterns so you could take the purple theme and jazz
it up a bit. Good luck with the wedding plans.

I saw some very cute lanterns on the New Favors website http://www.newfavors.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=763. You can use different colored tea lights to add to the effect.
