HP 3210 getting paper jam because label stuck on roller.
How to clear the jam, get the label off the roller.
While I can see the roller where the label is stuck to it, how do I open the printer to get to the roller, going in from the back or the top access does not allow me to get to it.
Same problem, ran heavy stock paper through, after several attemtps the label came out on the stock, fine now.Same problem, ran heavy stock paper through, after several attemtps the label came out on the stock, fine now.

Typically when labels come off the paper, the get stuck on the Fuser (the heating rollers just as the paper exits the machine) Open up the printer and turn the round hand that you would clear a jam with, and look on the roller to see if they are stuck there.
They are also known to get stuck in the paper tray or pickup assembly. Follow the paper path through the machine and you will find them.
You can follow the step by step procedure from HP site to clear the Paper jam on this printer, just go to this link and from there follow the procedure. click HERE.
was the origianl due to labels? It is likely that there is a very small piece of paper or some glue off some labels stuck in a corner or on the rollers which is causing it to mis align on the way through and therfore jam
Good luck
Paper stuck inside the HP All-in-One can cause jams or also sometimes there are some instruction that get stuck in the printer internal mechanism . Power off the printer , unplug the power cable. Wait for 30 sec. , Replug the power cable. Power on the printer. Check for a stuck paper or torn bits of paper. Clear jam from the back of all-in-one Press in the tab on the left side of the rear door to release the door. Remove the door by pulling it away from the HP All-in-One.Trying to clear a paper jam from the front of the HP All-in-One can damage the print mechanism. Always access and clear paper jams through the rear door. Gently pull the paper out of the rollers. If the paper tears when you are removing it from the rollers, check the rollers and wheels for torn pieces of paper that might be remaining inside the device. If you do not remove all the pieces of paper from the HP All-in-One, more paper jams are likely to occur. Replace the rear door. Gently push the door forward until it snaps into place. Press OK to continue the current job. Clear the jam from the automatic document feeder (ADF) Paper can also jam in the automatic document feeder. Follow the steps below to clear a paper jam in the automatic document feeder(ADF) Lift the cover of the automatic document feeder. Gently pull the paper out of the rollers. Reload and test the all-in-one Once you have removed the jammed paper, verify that the all-in-one is still functioning properly. Reload the all-in-one with either plain or photo paper. Look for little pieces of paper that get stuck in the rollers, also verify that the gears and roller didn't get misaligned when you cleared the jam.
Good Luck,
Looks like label stuck on the toner cartridge. Easiest solution would be to replace toner cartridge or if you can slowly spin the OPC drum on toner cartridge till you find label NOTE: damage to the OPC drum with affect print quality as well as oil from fingers will affect PQ( print quality)
I tried the Cleaning Kit HP sent me. At the time they didn't mention that it required a direct USB hookup rather than the Network setup I was using.
Another user suggested using Lighter Fluid sprayed on the defective (too hard) paper feed wheels. Crazy solution? Lighter Fluid is mainly Naptha which the user claims softens rubber.
I tried it last night and waited for the fluid to evaporate before plugging the printer in. I really expected the darned thing to go up in flames so I had a pot of water and a blanket nearby as a fire precaution.
Much to my surprise .. the PSC 3210 has been feeding sheets perfectly for the past two days! This is after sitting in a HOT attic abandoned for over a year! I had to replace one ink cartridge which had dried out completely.
I don't know how long this "fix" will continue working but Lighter Fluid is cheap. The PSC 3210 is a quality printer WHEN it prints. It's too bad HP created so much bad will in its customer base because of defective rubber paper feed wheels. I've avoided purchasing HP products for two years now and have warned others to stay away because of this fault with customer service. Instead of replacing the defective rollers in my original printer, they exchanged the printer for a refurbished printer with the same defective rollers!
Check the entire paper processing path as it sound like either the roller gear is not engaging properly to push the paper out of the top, or the output paper path is somehow blocked, like from a label or something else stuck at the top, the roller gear is damaged, or other obstruction.
