SOURCE: My Asus G71G-A1 Notebook freezes on startup and makes short beeps

Have you tried entering the 'Safe Mode?'
By tapping either F5 or F8 right after power on, you will interrupt the normal (currently ABnormal) Windows boot path and see a menu that will let you enter a mode with a terrible scattered Desktop but only very few Windows functions installed. One of the latter is probably bollixed.
If it worked OK in the last days, you may be able to use the saved (good) condition by reverting to it via the Restore routine. You can start this by clicking on Start, then Run, then entering in the provided window:
rstrui.exe
then click on OK.
Just follow the simple directions. This will not affect your recent (or past) work, it only restores settings and freshens files to a condition of an earlier point in time when things were good.
This won't always fix your problem if you have been invaded by some spiffy malware but it is a good place to start.
Let us know if this helped-

SOURCE: windows 7 wireless drivers

If you can try Stephan's solution first.
If that does not work try looking at the actual manufacturer's web site for your wireless card. They may have them out before Asus does.

Hello.. It is Very Possible that you have what is called a 'RECOVERY PARTITION', which has the rerecovery disk information installed on your Hard Drive. This eliminates having to use a CD. To access the Recovery Partition do the following: 1) Press F9 during Bootup. 2) Press [Enter] to Select Windows Setup [EMS Enabled] 3) Read the 'ASUS Preload Wizard' screen and click NEXT. 4) Select Partition Option and click NEXT. 5) FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE RECOVERY PROCESS. ***Visit www.asus.com for updated Drivers and Utilities***
GREAT LUCK TO YOU!!!

Asus P5PE-VM Driver not suport on win7

That's true. ASUS also doesn't list any drivers for Vista either. Sometimes you can try using the Vista drivers for hardware with Windows 7.

Sorry, but the only solution to give you is to replace the motherboard if you must run Windows 7. Or reinstall Windows XP (I assume that's what was on the system before). Unless you have some new software that will only run on Windows 7, or you just really want Windows 7, there isn't any reason you need to upgrade. If you stay with XP your existing hardware and software will still work, and XP is still widely in use. It's not going away soon, and if it was serving your needs you may as well stay with it.

I have Asus G73SW and after replacing primary disk with SSD, instaling Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and all the drivers from Asus Drivers CD the keyboard backlight (and also the lighting underneath the display)...

I recommend reinstalling Windows using the original recovery media from Asus. That should have all of the original drivers and software needed. You can alway upgrade to Windows 7 ultimate after that.
