Oops, it does not have to be, at times, I meant, supposed battery failure
If the battery contacts/pins for your phone/tab are not making contact well with the battery terminals/heads...you will experience such, constantly.
If the battery does not sit/fit well in its compartment, you will still experience same as you do at present. This is because, the battery is making partial contact with the terminals/pins.
Check these; whether your battery sits well and fits perfectly in its compartment inside your phone/tab.
Check whether the terminals are contacting well
Aside of these, you may need to either replace your cellphone/tablet's battery and watch what happens.
Hello Ankur, making a factory reset to a HTC can stop Recovery from working as it wipped lot's of configuration data. So there are some steps to make that HTC working great again. First you need to check security state ( by pressing power+volume down buttons when starting - removing batery first is the best way). There you can find Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot... if it can't load a starting (branded or not) image, it can be flash connected to pc. I had reconfigured one of my HTC Desire S with new Viper android operating system. it's great. if you can find if it is a "LOCKED" or "UNLOCKED" and is in "S-ON" or "S-OFF" phone (as described in upper bolded font), I will can help you fixing that HTC.
If it won't charge then you may have a defective charger, a failed battery or a loose solder joint at the charging port. If your charger plug is fitted with a fuse then consider checking the fuse is okay by trying a new one. Also, check your charger on a friends HTC, check their charger on your HTC. It really is a process of elimination to find the issue yourself. The HTC won't turn on because it isn't charged, until you fix charging prob it won't turn on.
Dont try to unlock your phone with free unlockcodes which you get from some sites.entering wrong inlockcodes will brick your phone or it will be hardlocked. so its a better idea to buy unlockcodes from any trusted online vendors.
From my personal experience i would recommend http://unlockgenie.com/. i unlocked my HTC AMAZE 4G with their help. i placed the order and i got my unlockcode along with the unlocking instructions to my mail address. the code worked fine and now i am using my HTC with my favourite network provider
