Are you using straight cable or cross cable. you must use straight cable for configuring this router. If LAN light does not turn on after using straight cable then there must be problem with router itself.

SOURCE: in my device wirless strangth

http://www.tp-link.com/en/support/downloadFiles.aspx?mid=01030301&version=V1&pmodel=TL-WA5210G
Seems a problem with the firmware. Double check if your product is the same as the link above and apply the fix described in the support page.
Top firmware version 09/30/2010. this firmware version will include the previous fixes like LED is not ON. Download the file decompress and execute. Please use a wired connection (CAT5/6 network cable) between your computer and the outdoor device. Do not use the wireless connection and be sure that both devices (source computer and destination AP/router/wireless TP device are powered up at mains (no batteries). Back-up yor settings as a firmware update is possible to erase all your settings.
A bit of trivia:
Your wireless outdoor device is decent but not "50km". For that you need a big comms tower.
Good luck.

My tp-link wa5210g suddenly stopped. no any led gets on while i connect it to the power lan on poe. it is just off totally.no any configure page is displayed on my computer. no any led becomes on . w

Try plugging in the power supply that is included in the box.
2 4GHz High Power Wireless Outdoor CPE TL WA5210G
If this works and you get LED's on then you have lost your POE power and possibly the connection.

If not, it looks as if your router is faulty.
If it is under guarantee still then return it for a free exchange.

Tplink third party firmware

Possibly, It all depends upon the chipset and hardware. I would check out dd-wrt.com they have many guides and good user forums that may help you. the dd-wrt is an open source firmware that if applicable worked great for me on some rather shoddy OEM devices.

I need driver for wireless outdoor CPE TL-WA5210G for windows XP

The CPE TL-WA5210G is a router, and as such it doesn't require a driver; only that the device you want to connect to it has its network services (wireless or cable) turned on.

I find 2 strong open signals but after saving them, I cannot connect to Internet in wireless mode to those open network addresses (the TL -WA5210G is connected directly to my notebook, DHCP auto mode is...

Incase Open networks are configured for MAC authentication(MAC binding) then you might not be able to connect to those networks. Even though Network is Open (Unsecured), if ACL (Access Control List) is enabled on the network then only those computers can connect whose MAC address is configured for that Network, its another Security feature on Routers.

Try connecting to some network which your are sure are Open (Unsecured)
