How to chang starter on 2008 lr2 land rover engine

Why do you want to change the starter? Check out the earth strap before doing anything expensive. Then get a hammer and tap around the solenoid (the small cylinder fixed to to the starter) because rust can cause failure) and that may work for some time. If you must change the starter, DISCONNECT the battery first. Then LABEL the electrical leads and note where each is attached to the starter and solenoid. The starter requires only two bolts to be removed and the whole unit slides forwards out of the housing. Replace exactly the same way.

My underwood 3 cord (makes the carraige move ) is broken,, i dont know how to fix it,,like where it should attach pls help!

If the strap or cord actually broke, you have to know what you are doing. The strap attaches to the mainspring which needs the proper tension by how many winds you give it. This can be a bit tricky and even risky if you don't know what you are doing. The strap connects to a pin or ear of sorts on the right underside of the carriage. Hope this helps.

How do i attach carry strap

There is one tiny hole near the on "switch/button" on top and another below it on the side of the flashlight. Using a needle-nose plier, I was able to pry the round "metal" strap holder open and insert one end into the hole. If you're successful, you can just continue slipping the rest of the metal strap holder in and, lo and behold, you have attached your strap holder. No wonder they don't just attach it at the manufacturer - they'd probably have to add another $2.99 to the price because the attachment process is a PITA!

In need the instructions

This is a seat post mounted bag, with attachments for the rails (2) on the bottom of the seatpost.

1. The straps going over the top of the bag will have to come apart. Removing them from the loop they pass through before re-attaching with the velcro.

2. Undo the straps and then feed them over the metal seat rails.

3. Re-assemble the straps in the same manner they were before and loosely attach the velcro. You will later tighten up the tension on these straps to snug the bag up under the seat.

4. Attach the velcro strap on the posterior of the bag to the seatpost.

5. Now the bag should be supported by the seat post strap and the seat rail straps (2). Hanging loosely and oddly from the seat area.

6. Tighten/snug the straps from step three, so the bag is drawn up against the bottom of the seat. Try adjusting all the straps on the bag until the bag appears to sit well under the seat.

7. DONE

hi clarkent,
Should you want to attach a hand strap or lanyard to the phone, simply remove the phone’s back cover and lift up the right side of the ‘power’ button’s rubber to reveal the strap hole.
