The dvd cd is not playing in pc but it is playing in handicam

Respected sir:
as i was bought handicom last year and i yoused with the handicom dvd recently my dvd was full and i bought a new dvd it is recorded in handicom but it is playing in handicom but not in pc
what is the problem

go and try to open in safe mode .
restart >press F8.
see whether it work's..if not go to the bios setup and see the configuration and sellect . restart > delete . (for bios setup..).
replay me if any problem.. thank u sie. don't forget to fix.

your DVD drive should support UDF . try to install this software it should give your system the ability to deal with this cd
