Hey there, I read in posts here to do a manual memory reset b/c I had too many phones paired...but my issue now is that the parrot hasn't worked since the memory reset. After holding down the red and green buttons, it said memory resetting or something..then i waited for over 30 mins to get some type of confirmation but nothing. When i press the center button, nothing turns on, when i press the red button or the green button, still nothing. when i go to hold down both red and green buttons, they both just blink. I can turn the center button and the light will turn to whatever color im turning it to, but nothing is working. No voice prompts or anything. i checked the manual and I don't see how to fix this. Any suggestions???? PLEASE HELP!

I fixed it myself :) All I did was press the green & red buttons together a couple of times to erase the memory and then I paired my phone to it again and it worked. All this stress and the solution was as simple as this lol.
SOURCE: My Parrot ck3000 does not pair with nokia N97... I
Press and hold the red and green button to reset all prvious paired devices, then try again.
SOURCE: I can't pair my parrot ck3000 with my 5800. I
you will need a software update, this can only be done using a computer and the correct parrot update cable, i would contact your nearest parrot accredited installer by looking at parrot web site.

Try sending an MP3 to the Parrot kit. I couldn't even
get the Parrot BT in my car to ask for the BT password numbers but found
out to
try sending an MP3, which will fail by the way, and it asked for the
password finally.
There was an
error in my case, but then the phone asked to connect to the Parrot
again and the pairing worked.
There is an issue with newer Nokia
phones, something I will be thinking about next phone upgrade.
