What's the range

A quick google search yielded a theoretical range of 2 miles. This range is as the crow flies, and assumes an unobstructed open area, with no interference. In practicality, the radios will reach from one side of a side to another maybe a bit further. When Outside on a clear day in a city a football field or two will probably be the max. The range greatly depends on where you are located; buildings, power lines, and cars will interfere with the signal.

F1 fault when oven is just sitting.

There are several sufix numbers after your model number so I just picked one, They are often the same as they usually keep the same wiring harness and circuitry through out many. Here's what I've found, Electronic control has detected a fault
condition. Press CLEAR/OFF to clear the display and stop the
beeping. Reprogram oven. If fault remains, record fault number.
Press CLEAR/OFF and contact a Service Professional. See:
https://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/user-manuals/GLEF396ABA-Frigidaire-Parts-Range-Parts-manual#
or choose from your complete model number:

It says 103 on my alarm system

Check 103 on Ademco alarm system would usually tell me that you had your back up radio upgraded, but installer did not remove old back-up radio properly. If this is the case service call sould be or would be free.
