Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

SOURCE: MSI U230 microphone is not working

Check you Audio Sound properties and make sure the microphone is checked as a Recording Device. Click Start/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound. You might also be able to click the megaphone that is located at the bottom right near the time.

You can talk till you are blue in the face, but if the Microphone is not selected as a recording device it won't work.

Some operating systems will allow you to do a self test of the microphone by clicking Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/Sound Recorder

My msi laptop just completely shut off and the battery was at 58% and i saw a blue screen and some words after then it just completely start restarting. What's up with that?

Sorry to hear that. How long have you had the laptop? When has this started happening? It could be hardware failure. If you can try to catch the first 3 words or if there is an error code, try to provide me with it. I will try to see what I can do.

Thanks,
