I installed Learning Lodge and now it won't open. When I tried to reinstall, installation could no complete. I've rebooted my laptop several times and still no resolution.

It sounds to me as if your battery is faulty. No way should it take 17 hours to charge. The battery is abviously not absorbing the charge and this could be because one or more cells are defunct. You can just wait until it fails completely or look at getting a replacement before this happens.

Hi, just make sure that you are logged in as an administrator so that you will gain full access to your computer. Hope this helps..
Reboot windows without any CD in drive and tap F8 key before windows screen appears. Select safe mode from the menu that appears and elect to do a system restore.
If this doesn't work you could try changing the boot order in the bios ensuring that your hard drive is first boot device. should get into bios when starting PC usually F2 or del key. remember to save changes in bios normally F10
