For SS-1000, the bottom AAA battery should have the + polarity towards the top of the camera and the upper battery with the - polarity towards the top. If your camera doesn't turn on, then it may be defective. Please contact Intova directly by email: [email protected] or call us directly at 808-837-0074 for customer service/warranty coverage. Thanks.
For SP1, please use micro SD card up to 32 GB that is class 10 if you want to record 1080p HD video. If you are using a class 10 card and you still cannot view your video, please be sure that you have the H.264 video codec in the video player software in your computer. Also, be sure your computer is compatible with HD video. It should be running either Windows 7 or 8 if it's a PC or OS 10 or higher if it's a Mac. If you are using a class 10 card, have H.264 codec and compatible OS on your computer and still cannot see video, then the camera may be recording corrupted video files in which case, please contact Intova directly by email: [email protected] or call us at 808-837-0074 for customer service/warranty coverage. Thanks
If your SP1 camera cannot recognize the micro SD card, please be sure you are using a card between 4GB to 32GB, class 10 speed. If possible, please try another micro SD card to be sure that the card that is not recognized is not defective. If you are using a card with correct specifications and it is not recognized, then the micro SD card port on your camera may be defective. Please contact Intova directly via email: [email protected] or call us at 808-837-0074 for customer service/warranty coverage. Thanks.
Please try to reset camera by inserting and pushing the end of a paper clip into the reset hole located on the camera back next to the Micro SD card port. Hello ksmith1171,
Please be sure that you use 2 fresh AAA batteries. Do not mix a new and used battery or use different battery types as this can cause the batteries to overheat.
