Too much tension on top or a burr on needle. Whenever thread breaks its usually the needle is bad. also check hook with finger for burrs caused by the needle. burrs will cut the thread right away. use emery paper and rub in direction of hook till smooth.

I was having this very same problem with my lower looper . I had been using the one needle stitching all afternoon and I was doing quite nice stitching. then I decided to put the right needle back in and do some overlock stitching and guess what I spent the next two hours fighting the looper problem. I had completely re-thread this machine at least 20 times now. I decided to take the needle out and re-insert it and re-thread it one more time (right lower looper- then upper looper- right needle- then left needle) was careful to pull all threads to the back and under the presser foot for about 6 inches.
Held on to the thread, lowered presser foot and did the chaining stitch. BINGO it didn't break, tried it with a piece of cloth and Perfect stitches. I have a Babylock BL402 and used tension settings left to right
4-3-3-3 and default settings for the rest.

The tread only breaks in the needle. what can i do . i don't get to sew anything . I tread the needle and get everything ready and start the machine and as quickly as that the tread is broken and the machine has not sewn at all.

The problem you describes sounds like it maybe caused by a burr along the thread path. Does the thread shred or does it appear to be cut? Does this only happen with so fine or with other threads as well? Take your finger or if that doeswork use a cotton ball, along the thread path, you are looking for a sharp spot that will be causing your thread to shred. Change you needle for a new one, Make sure you put it in the correct way. Also if these don't do the trick hand wheel the needle up and down a few times. make sure that there isn't a burr in the throat plate from a broken needle and observe near the bobbin case and timing finger that the needle isn't rubbing against something( you might want to use a magnifing glass). i hope this helps. I know how frustrating it can be .

Probably just the needle. Try turning it 180 degrees

I had a similar problem and then realized that the thread on the top had a **** on the spool it was catching on.
