Line, faults & possible causes to LCD screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.

You cannot fix your tv by yourself take it to the repairman. the power supply is defected.

Probably not,but go to "shop jimmy.com" type in your model number........they may have a salvaged one at a low cost!!

Notee: my pix show the board with the cover removed. You can run the TV with the back open and have s small fan blowing in the back to keep it cool.

Bad news probably the tv ..Ive ran across this issue a few times as a cable guy once it was the cable and if you have cable tv get the company to try a new box but unfortanetly i would say its the tv.

It is likely that a circuit board might have cracked in the fall and/or a chip might have cracked. LCD's are more fragile than conventional CRT's.

I have the same problem was working fine and less than 2 months bam red screen green lines top to bottom no image on any input just volume works....Now i will be a victim of there horrible warranty service
