Hardware or software removal? Software, Open Device Manager, Imaging Devices, uninstall the webcam.

I hope you remove the annoying game already and if you did
now just go to the main website for Toshiba drivers and enter your laptop info and the driver you need from their selection and just follow instruction very careful is not a big deal.

Uninstall the driver and reboot

Daft one but try pushing the cd/dvd drive into the slot, sometimes they work loose, had a few that have done this.

uninstall the driver then reinstall. or u can upgrade the driver.

There are two possible issues here, if you are lucky it is a driver issue. Goto Control Panel, Device Manager and uninstall the webcam, do not restart your laptop. then goto the Toshiba drivers homepage (link can be found on my website) and download the latest webcam driver. Install it then restart your laptop.
If the above does not fix it then you have a faulty webcam or webcam cable, this is very common with certain Toshiba laptops. I repaired hundreds of them when I worked for Toshiba.

Hi goto control panel, add remove programmes and find this webcam software , uninstall it. in control panel again goto system hardware device manager, scroll down till you find imagine and aand scanners in there is your webcam right click it and uninstall it. restart your laptop.

use the driver cd that came with your laptop to reinstall it or click here
and choose your operating system and download the software and drivers for your built in cam.

have you installed any other software recently? you might try system restore and if that didnt work,try uninstalling and reinstalling your webcam driver
