Nutool SF20 electronic digital safe

Here are a few steps you can try to unlock your Nutool SF20 electronic digital safe:
  1. Double-check the battery installation: Make sure the batteries are correctly installed and not dead.
  2. Try the default code: Many safes come with a valuable default code in opening the safe when you forget your code or if the keypad stops working. The default code is usually found in the manual or inside the safe door.
  3. Check the locking mechanism: Make sure that the locking mechanism is not jammed or stuck. Try manually moving the locking mechanism with a screwdriver or other tool to see if it will release.
  4. Use the override key: If your safe has an override key, insert it into the keyhole and turn it to the left or right to open the door.
  5. Contact the manufacturer: If none of the above steps works, contact Nutool customer service. They may be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or advice, or they may need to send a technician to repair or replace the safe.

Sounds like if you've already changed that batteries then you may need a locksmith who works on safes.
I would change the batteries one more time just in case. Different brand and new purchase.

Put in correct code shows error code so wont open. The override key is inside the safe. This dummy put it in there. I know the passcode is correct. Batteries are good.

ouch.... that key needs to be kept outside the safe. when you put in the known code are you pressing A or B after it. On my safe the code is entered followed by pressing the A or B key which was not part of the code.

Low batteries in my safemark safe- how do i open?

e-bar is not a battery problem, it means the door lock is jammed, either use a rubber malet or your balled up fist and after inputting the code to unlock hit the door of the safe all around the key pad as hard a you can, your will hear the rods moving and unlocking the door. Hope this helps. I know it works I do this at the hotel I work in.

I have changed the battery in my sentry 1610, no I can't open it with my pin-Nr..

if you have changed the batteries, the code may have reset itself to the default code.
you should be able to find this in the instruction manual or on the manufacturers website.

i am sorry i cannot give you the codes myself, but i do not feel it is appropriate to put default codes for a safe on an open website

Can't open safe . changed batteries. green light comes on but still can't open safe

I remembered that I put an important binder in the safe and had a hard time closing the safe. When I put in the code the safe was making a noise as if it wanted to open so I got a Mallet hammer and tapped the door with it, put in the code again and the door opened. I think that the binder was the problem .Needless to say, I took the binder out and the door has been opening. just fine.

Lost instructions for sandleford E.S.20 safe

The operating instructions on the ES20 as per the crappy manual:

Open safe using emergency key provided

Insert batteries in the box inside the door

Opening the safe
a. pre-set factory code 159
b. input 159 (the yellow light will flash and the buzzer will beep), then press B or A button, the green light will be on, rotate the knob clockwise, pull outwards, the door is opened

Closing the safe: close the door, input the code (the green light will flash for 5 secs). Turn the knob anti clockwise, the control system will activate and the safe will be locked

Changing the code: open the safe, press the red button located inside the door, the yellow light will go on indicating the code can be changed. Input the new code (1-8 digits), then press A or B button, it shall be confirmed by two beeps indicating the new code has been accepted and stored. If the yellow light and buzzer beeps 3 times the code is invalid - try again

Emergency Key - store in secure place NOT inside the safe. Remove the override cover in the centre of the face of Safe (its a silver plastic panel with Sandleford Electronic Safe ES20 on it), insert override key (a cyclinder key) - hidden underneath the override cover panel - and turn anti clockwise, rotate the knob clockwise to open door

Changing the Battery - If the red and green light are on this indicates that the batteries are low and require changing. To ensure the batteries have been installed correctly test before closing the door
