SOURCE: We broke the tail rotor

Hi munozcowan,

What you need to do is to use your email account to contact [email protected] and give them a description of your problem.

They are probably going to have you go to http://www.iwaveaudio.com/support.asp and fill out an RMA request which is just your address and the like.

I went through this and my RMA request was denied because I did not have a reciept to attach to the form as I had recieved the Copter as a gift.

I sent them another email saying that I just wanted a parts manual to order from but have not heard back from them.

Have Heart! it is my thought that if you do have a reciept, they may give you an address to send the machine to for repair or possibly send you a replacement.

My sharpshooter and remote both turn on, but the helicopter does not react at all, what should i do?

I had this problem yesterday as well :)

My helicopter charged once worked and flew once for about 5 minutes. Then the helicopter stopped responding to the controller and it wouldn't take a charge. When I connected the remote to the helicopter the CHG light came on solid for about 30 seconds. This means that the controller is waiting to be plugged into the helicopter.

A couple of points to check before you go further:
1) make sure that the helicopter is turned OFF before charging!
2) When charging the red CHG light will blink.
3) When finished charging the red CHG light and the green Power light will blink at the same time.
4) After a certain amount of time both lights will stop blinking to save the batteries.

After taking the helicopter apart this is what I have found:
*The helicopter has a 140mA-H 3.7V Li-Po battery.
*The battery has a little board with 2 tiny computer chips. When the battery is empty these 2 chips will completely disconnect the battery. This prevents damaging the battery and this is why the helicopter stops responding when the battery is empty.
*There are two connections between the battery and the little board - a long connection which wraps one time around the battery and a short connection. My problem was with the short battery connection.

Solution --The little board has a short piece of foil which connects to another short piece of foil on the battery. These two pieces of foil are simply pressed together and then glued. In my case this connection broke. To fix the problem I removed the yellow tape and glue and used a soldering iron to solder the 2 foil pieces together. Make sure that you put tape (any household tape should be OK) back on the battery to prevent any shorts.

My helicopter flew for a few seconds and then feel to the ground. It seems as if the controller does not work with the helicopter

Check your battery pack to see if the controller lost power or the battery pack in the RC ARF to ensure that, the copter can receive.

John Lewis mini helicopter gear wheels dropped

Yes, I had exactly the same problem, the lower blades can actually move a little on the shaft, if the helicopter takes a big knock then they move up so much that the shaft drops so that the gears no longer engage.

To fix it just squeeze the lower blades towards the gear, I did this by putting a finger on each side of the lower blade next to the shaft and my thumbs against the lower gear so you are squeezing along the shaft. The lower blade will then move down, however if it moves too much it will jam against the main body of the helicopter so you will need to pull it back appart a little so the bottom blades move freely.

I have a wrecked 2006 PT Cruiser. How do I remove the driver's side airbag to replace?

I assume that the airbag has been deployed, and you do not have a new one as of yet.Get your new one first and that will shine a light on how it goes in.Wife has a 01 PT and it just pushes in on two steel pins that come to a point. The pins have a grove in them that snaps into two retainer clips in the steering wheel.A word of advice...replace the retaining clips in the steering wheel as well.Wife had airbag replaced then months latter was hit from behind.Air bag flew out and rite up side the head.Trust me they are not light.Ended up in rear of car.Don't skimp like the body shop did.

Motorola razr

Close the flip screen. Unplug charger from the wall and the phone. First plug in phone jack into phone BUT make sure to push it in a bit sideways. Not too much it can break the pins but just with a little angle. When you hear good click than plug charger unit in the wall.
