Cant get the wipers to work on a 1991 toyota corolla

so you know it has a CB but cant find it.
well this car really is a 1997 toyota corolla and that makes finding out facts 1000x more easy. (lots more made)
i thing the corolla holds the record on max made, like 40million?

ok as expected, no breaker, why not ask how to use a voltmeter and find true cause, or read the schematic.
IG1 feeds the wiper fuse, called wiper front.

but wait if the washer works then the fuse is NOT BAD.
so does it?
does wiper fail in all modes? low ,fast , mist, int and flash mode.?

fuse is in the fuse box. marked WIPER

possiible to overload system and blow fuse, buy test light connect clip to earth and check fuses this way, some inside around drivert area and some under bonnet near battery.

Check fuses at left kick panel . Or near your left knee . There is also a fuse box in the engine bay on the driver side , check for fuse "wiper"

Look underdash, back side fuse box, take off and replace same specs.

remove the wipers from the arm by removing the nuts,then the plastic grill brlow wipers and the you will see the motor.

it could be powered thru a relay

On the sides of the fuse box, two bolts are holding the fuse down in place. I believe you need a 10mm socket to remove the bolts. Then, the fuse should slide right out.

sup pelican , rainin ehh , well 04 toyota corolla fuse box located like behind a small drawer / pocket left of the drivers steering wheel , looking at picture it might be accessed from under dash i can't tell , yes its a 25 amp fuse , it is labeled wiper , hope that fix ya

I can't locate the fuse for the cruise control on a 1991 Toyota Corolla. Can anyone tell me where it is and how it's labeled?
