I have recently brought a Panasonic tx-32lzd80 lcd tv and must say i am apalled by the picture especially on live broadcasts. The picture is pixelated, grainy and there's also 'ghosting' around players on live games for example. Is there a way of improving this as i am considering returning this tv as it is that bad. I just bought a new Sylvania 37" LCD HDTV (LC370SS9) and the picture quality is really poor. But when I put a movie in my PS3 and or DVD player it looks better. It seems to be for live TV.

There is no code!!! -- Solution...You have to buy a universal remote with learning capabilities. I’ve ordered one that will not only learn off other remotes but can handle 10 components also. I got it from 10x it’s called the iconRemote control…if you call the company they will give you a discount (but you have to call them and ask) AWESOME!

many of the dish remotes have a "scan" option. This is what the installers use. You'll ned to read the manual. Its a one page explanation.

usually this issue is caused by a week signal issue, those tv's need a stronger signal than an analog tv, i would call the cable company, have them come out and hook a meter to that cable, they may sujest a house amp, usually charge 50 bucks for it

Take the Inverter Board out and check for Open windings on the 6 Transformers along the edge of the board. When you find one open, get the number off of the Transformer, Google it, buy one and replace the bad transformer. I was given one of these TV's and fixed it for $11. It's not rocket science, if you can use a DMM and a soldering Iron, you can fix this.

They go away after 10 minutes of what? **** She Wrote? Dancing with the Stars? Or simply being powered On? You have some cold solder joints on one of the PCB boards. Once they heat up they work perfectly. The only way to fix this is to have them reflowed by a tech with a soldering tool or have the board replaced. Good luck! Cheers

Do you have HD programing? And are you using HDMI cables on both TVs?
