Our LeapPad2 is Frozen on the Load screen and we can't get to the login screen, how can I fix it, we've only been using it since Christmas, it stopped working on Feb 1st

    I eventally heard back from Leapfrog, to reset the LeapPad2, you need to puch the power button, home button, up volume, and right control button at the same time, not easy to do, but it works.

We had the same thing happen. Call Leap tech support they will replace. Their tech support is not great and not in on the weekends. But they will replace it.

    Thanks, had you downloaded any apps? I just put 3 on for my daughter a week ago.

    We did. The issue we had with the Leap Pad was the power. I would not stay charged or was draining batteries or the chargeable ones fast.

    thanks, one last question, did they re-load the apps for you or did you have to pay for them again?

You must be thinking of someone else, because the Leappad2 problem was not solved and you stopped responding to my questions. My granddaughter's Leappad2 is a year old and there is no video, audio yes, but no video. It seems a shame because she has several programs to use, but not when there is no video.

No parts are available but you might try to use some Crazy Glue to repair the crack, or just buy a new one.

I can't remember the password for my laptop (Compaq Presario CQ60)
if you have another pc or can use a friends you can download "Hirens Boot CD" it's free and you just need to burn it to a disk and boot from it. Once it boots up it has a lot of tools including one you can remove the password. If you need help using it you can google it there is plenty of information.

No login screen windows xp pro cannot login
You need to restore your PC in safe mode:

  1. Restart your computer, and then press and hold F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in safe mode with a Command prompt.
  2. Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode with a Command prompt option.
  3. If you are prompted to select an operating system, use the arrow keys to select the appropriate operating system for your computer, and then press ENTER.
  4. Log on as an administrator or with an account that has administrator credentials.
  5. At the command prompt, type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER.
  6. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to a functional state.
Use a sytem utility software like RegInOut to avoid such kind of errors in future. It will also fix corrupt registry and windows files.

Go here to download yahoo messenger http://messenger.yahoo.com/ Once you've downloaded it to your machine then simply run it and get a login and password. Make sure you keep track of the login and password you've used so you can login again :)

There is a reset button on the side. Try pushing that.
