The numbers indicate the number of Beeps. Four beeps = RAM problem. Try reseating the RAM modules and if this still does not work then remove the RAM module/s and take them to a computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for faults.

SOURCE: when i moved my pc the monitor, mouse, keyboard quit.when push button on monitor it displays power saver on & goes off/it also beeps 4-6 times when turned on.

When you moved your pc you probably knocked the graphics card loose. You can open it up and try re-seating it. Make sure you unplug the pc first and then press the on button for 10 seconds to clear out all the power from the power supply before opening the computer up.

Also, If you are using a KVM... Unplug the KVM's power cord for 30 seconds and plug it back in. That will reset it.

I have HCL Ezeebee desktop computer when we boot the system monitor, keyboard, mouse blink for a while and monitor (HCL) show 'no signal' message, and keyboard num lock led not display mouse i

No signal at the monitor indicates (if you know the monitor is working ok) a failure of the graphics chip or graphics card, The lack of indicator light on the num lock LED and the lack of power to the mouse would indicate that there is a major issue with the motherboard.
you can try using another monitor to confirm the problem lies with the graphics, and in the case of the keyboard and mouse, swap them for a usb version, if they work, the Ps2 ports are probably damaged.
I'd be thinking of replacing the motherboard

Tower powers on but my monitor, keyboard and mouse don't work

Your system is failing the POST, I think. You'll need to troubleshoot it by opening the case and unplugging everything but the CPU and memory and video. Now power it on. If there still is a problem, try removing one of the sticks of memory.
Once you isolate the problem, you can replace the part that has gone bad.

I recently got a Vibe keyboard and mouse as a gift. Both are wireless and use one USB plug together. The model number is Kb-262. I can get the mouse to connect, but the keyboard will glitch and suddenly...

yer you are, switch the computer off, then plug in the keyboard & mouse...i'm thinking the GREEN ps2 port for the mouse & USB for the keyboard...
put batteries in them both, make sure their not dead batteries, then locate the little connect button on the bottom of them both, & the one on the receiver as well.
get a pin or something of the sort, so you can press these connect buttons.
switch the computer on, then once its booted up..press the button on the receiver @ the same time as the connect button on the keyboard,if not then the receiver first then the keyboard.
once connected, do the same with the mouse......receiver button then mouse connect button or both @ the same time...
you'll get it in the end, you'll need to do this ever time you change the batteries.

GOOD LOOK!

I was dusting my acer monitor and microsoft wireless keyboard and i must have hit something because now my monitor is reading sideways and the mouse wont work with it either. Can you tell me what I need to...

Sounds like you changed the orientation of your display settings from landscape to portrait.
In Windows 7 you can go to the control panel, choose display and click "Change Display Settings" on the left side.

From there choose the "Orientation" dropdown and change to your desired setting (most likely landscape)

Good luck

When you say you pressed the connect buttons on both the keyboard and mouse, do you mean you pressed the connect button on the receiver, and then you pressed the connect buttons on the mouse and keyboard? If not, then that's what you have to do. The 30 seconds of blinking on the receiver is normal, as it gives you time to find and press the buttons on the mouse and keyboard.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
