Everytime i connect to youtube to watch a movie online, the connection is so slow that it takes time to load

Any delay or lack of bandwidth between your computer and the YouTube server as well as a high server load can cause a video to pause. Your ability to play videos is also limited by your connection speed.

If your Internet access is cable based, there could be new subscribers.

You can reduce your playback quality in order to get fewer stops and starts but, you will get poorer video.

Online video turns white on full screen. I still have sound, but no video. When I exit full screen it comes back. I'm running XP.

Go to the Start Menu. Go to Control Panel. Locate the Icon "Device Manager". Once the dialogue Box "Device Manager" appears, locate and click on "Sound, Video, and Game Contollers".
Click on the + button to the left of this and double click on each controller. When the dialogue box opens, go to Driver and select "update driver".
After updating each driver (if update not available a message will appear telling you that you have the most current or best currently installed).
Also, if prompted, select to check Internet automatically. Do not search the computer files: you will not find them here (unless you manually installed drivers, and haven't enabled them yet).
Please let me know if you need further assistance if this does not change your video status. Here is one other thing you can try:
Update your Adobe version. This is usually the program that is used when viewing videos online. Also, when attempting to play a video - watch at the top of the screen for a yellow bar - usually a message will appear alerting you of this, which indicates you need to enable the Active X for this particular website. I doubt this is the case, but I often run into this, and very seldom notice this yellow bar. The message does not always appear so be alert of this just incase.
Being this is a desktop, you may need to upgrade the video card as well. You shouldn't have to: You can also locate the video card installed in your computer through the Device Manager and update the drivers for it as well.
Let me know how or if any of this helps.

My pc keeps restarting everytime i play online game or lan game

Most often restarts during games or other heavy duty tasks are from the following reasons

1.) Lack of power. If your Power supply unit is less than 450W then this is highly likely.
2.) Overheating. If your PC's bios has temperature reading sensors then after it is warmed up open the BIOS by press <Delete> after the logo disappears and go to the entry that informs you of temperature... If your seeing a Temp ove 45-50 degrees Celcius your runnin too hot. Get a better heatsink or other cooling apparatus (ie... liquid cooling or peltier) depending on your budget and your technical skill.
3.) Video card over heating/power issues run the PC with the cover off. Watch your Video card. is the Fan on it spinning? Does you Video card have a seperate power adapter? If so is it Fully seated.
4.) Mismatched memory. the memory adapter you installed does it have the same specifications as other memory that is also in your system. Sometimes if their slightly off and the computer sets the timing for the faster memory instead of the slower memory then the system chugs along at a speed that the slow module cant handle and it fails momentarily.
5.) Driver conflict error. Sometimes an older driver just gets in the way of other devices that want the same resources. (Particularly if you are using the drivers that came with the Video card) Go to Nvidia's website download and install the latest drivers for your card and Operating system combination.

Hopefully these tips will help you get you Fragging in no time.
Good gaming
and godbless
