Need EFI net work cord for e28 toshiba copier

try this
1. turn on the power while 0 button and 8 button are pressed simultaneously
2. key in 947 and press the start button
3 press the initialize button
resart the machine

if it does not work then you can try updating the firmware and if that does not work then the card may be faulty

1. check connection by 1st pinging the network card That is go to the dos window and type " ping 127.0.0.1 you should get 4 replies.
if not then you need to check the driver set for you network card.
2. check the ether net cord with a know good one
3. reset the router by unplugging it and reboot the pc
4.Call your ISP to check for outages
5. check the power adapter it may be faulty.

When u plug the ethernet CAT cable in the LAN card socket , so you see any light orange or green flashing on the LAN card itself.
If yes then right click on my computer >> properties >> Hardware >> device manager>> check in network adapters whether the LAN card is enabled or not
If NO the right click on it and enable it check whether it is able to receive any ip address


If u see no light at all
Then you might have to install a new LAN card on the system

Please navigate to http://sonic.net/support/nic_drivers/ and choose "Genica" , from here you can download the driver files needed to install the network device. There should be 3 files, if you download all these files and then in windows point the hardwarea detection wizard to the location you saved the downloaded files. It will then install the device.
