SOURCE: hammer action power there but weak

Bosch makes a special grease that is actually a mulit-viscosity oil thats a gel at room temp. At high temp it becomes liquid oil that lubes the gearcase and when the tool has cooled off it reverts back to a gel for containment purposes. If you use any other type of grease on these tools it will appear as if it is losing power, when it is actually being "bogged" down by conventional grease. The proper grease is Bosch part# 1 615 430 001-000. Retail price should be around $20 for a 225ml tube.

What type of oil or lubricant does bosch 11241evs hammer drill use?

Bosch Oil (part number 1615437511) comes in 50ml volume. This is the correct amount of lubricant for the Bosch 11248EVS Rotary Hammer.

If you are replacing the oil you might consider ordering the 1617000451 Service Pack. You can order the (part number 1615430019) Oil in 1000ml increments and it gives you more bang for your buck and lasts a while.

Where is the oil filler hole on the bosch 11241evs

There is no oil filler hole - you have to open the gearcase up (#873) to put oil in. If your hammer is leaking and losing oil you should put a service kit in it and fresh oil. Service Pack 1617000430 for Bosch Power Tool eReplacement Parts
As you can see this is an involved process and I would strongly recommend bringing it to a service center to have a qualified tech do this one.

Where is the oil resevoir on the bosch 11241evs

There is no oil reservoir - the gearcase is what holds the oil. You should not have to add oil - if the tool is leaking and becomes low on oil it needs a service kit. Service Pack 1617000430 for Bosch Power Tool eReplacement Parts As you can see this is an involved repair and I would strongly suggest letting a trained tech do this one.

Bosch 11241EVS won't hammer

Not all bits for hammer drills are the same as the slots in the sides of the shanks are different between makes . There is a standard between hilti and ramset drill bits but other makers have different ideas Check out the shanks of your drill bits and look for the slot that holds in the bit.
