why do you need a users manual? looks like everything is easy, touch the icons on the screen & see what happens or use google.

if your phone is in warenty then you can claim warrenty, otherwise you can replace touch of your phone by any repairing shop.

This is not a solution but more of a description if I am correct. I am working on a Polaroid PMID705 tablet for a friend and the capacitive touch screen cable is torn apart due to a kid dropping it. If I am correct I do believe that the person is asking where they may be able to get a replacement screen.
