Original remote is hard to come by, try EBAY, without orignal remote you may nat be able to access all the on screen setup functions. Watch out for the power supply module to go out on this TV.

It is the same power cord as used for your PC, NEMA5-15P to IEC C13.
This TV has known problem with power supply, so keep an eye on it.

Check the fuse, if it is blown, replace with exact same one. Try again, if it blows again, its a power supply problem for a repair shop.

Look at the othewr posts for Protron PLTV - 3250. You need a power supply.

a common problem for that model is power supply board. you need to replaced it or repair it.

I had a power supply for my Protron 32 inch TV that was not working. I bought the one on ebay and it stopped working after only three weeks. Ultimately I found a guy who could fix my original power supply for a reasonable price. It's been working for a year now with no problems. I wish I would have tried him first!!!! Probably same problem I have with my PLTV-3250. dead power board.. I still can't find anything affordable to get it fixed.. good luck..
