Magyar quiet puls 2, does not heat, have to run 3 times to dry out. Is it usual?

black on first screw/white on middle screw/red on third screw/green to the screw on case that says grnd.

There are 2 common reasons your dryer will not heat.
1. Your limit switch is out on the dryer not allowing the heating element to switch on.
2. Your heating element is out.

before you try to fix this yourself it should be covered by warranty.

i would oil or replace the drum rollers this is normally the culprit

I had the same problem, take the easy rout first and check for obstructions in your venting. Mine was clogged and it shut itself down (to protect itself?)

first its always important that you give make and model as different makes have different repair proceders for repair the easyiest thing to do first trust me is to turn the breaker off then on then try drier and let me know what you found now dont rate me till we are done ok
