Machine only spit out a very small amount of coffee, turned off, when trying to get the brew group out, it was stuck, with a little jimmying, i got it out and a spring fell from somewhere, got all cleaned out but the bean light continues to blink, it must be the spring, any ideas where it goes?

thank you sincerely, in advance for any help

The spring is most likely from the door that spills the ground into the brew group. Take the brew group out. The door is in the top right side of the space. The spring shuts the door when grinding and it should be closed when the brew group comes out. The door opens only when the ejecting the grounds into the brew group.

Sorry didn't see the picture - that spring looks like it comes from under the center grind blade - it's one of three

Saeco Vienna Machine - no coffee at all or very watery coffee/liquid pucks

Your machine needs dealer service. Either the brew group needs replacing or all the O-rings need replacing. The reason the grounds are wet is because water is forcing by the worn seals. These machines need dealer service every 6 to 9 months, and of course they don't tell you that when you buy them.

Motor that moves brewing group started moving very slowly. it can make it on time to make coffee. Anyone know what could the problem be? Mashine worked great just untill today.

Hi, I had the same problem. The motor ran too slow because it did not receive the adequate amount of power. The power is handled by a small part on the circuit board. I replaced it by a part I bought on ebay called Transistor BD245C (or TIP 33C). Now it's working perfect again :-) Details can be found on ebay by typing '262197092158' in the search box. Although the page is in German, it has several pictures that make clear which part is meant. Good luck!

Not all coffee dispenses from BrewGroup: Last week almost nothing was being dispensed and coffee was detouring to grounds box. I cleaned the brew group-- removed and cleaned the spigot (including the...

I believe based on symptoms you described, that it is most likely just a good descaling cleaning it needs, try using CLR, OR some vinegar and water, run this through machine a few times, you can even use denture cleaner. I don't think it is your pump based on your symptoms.

Is my "brew group" broken.

Remove the brew unit, under the white plastic valve you will notice a small chamber that might be filled with coffee grounds and water. Clean chamber.

Saeco Vienna grinds too much coffee.

Hi
If you have the Delux or Digital there are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the small knob back 1 mark and see if that will help.

Saeco Vienna gear jammed

This has happened to me. If the problem is the brew group gear is in the wrong position, you can manipulate the brew group until it matches up with the drive gear in the machine. You'll know it matches if you can insert the brew group back in the machine full until it clicks.
