How do I turn off Demo mode on Archos 5

How to disable the demonstration (DEMO) mode.

Sony® stereo systems will enter the DEMO mode the first time you power on the system or if you do not operate the unit shortly after turning on the power to the system.
To disable the DEMO mode, while the stereo system is powered off, press the DISPLAY button repeatedly until the demonstration display disappears.
NOTES:

• Depending on your model, some units have a DEMO button that is used to disable the demonstration mode. If your unit has this button, with the power to the system off, press the DEMO button until the display disappears.
• If applicable to your unit, setting the clock on your stereo system will also disable the DEMO mode.
• Using the buttons on a supplied remote control will not disable the demonstration mode.

If model-specific information is needed to complete any of these steps, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product. Manuals, Specifications and Warranty information for your Sony product is available online.

1. You can press the RESET button by inserting the end of a paper clip into the hole underneath the device (to the left of the USB cable connector).
Note that it won't erase any data, it will just restart the device as if it was a computer.
2. Press the power button as usual to turn on the unit.
Do not press any buttons, the screen will still display the demo mode for about 20 seconds and then it will go back to normal display mode.

Try this:
Power your Archos 101 off by holding the Power Button for 10 seconds (this fully shuts it down).
While holding the Volume + button power it back up (tap power button to start up, hold volume until the tablet enters recovery mode, you'll see a series of choices instead of the demo mode).
Choose the Format System option.
When this process is complete make sure not to select Demo Mode as Android boots and the Archos 101 gets up and running.

• If u have purchased the software which u r using as demo version from any site and u have proof of it then do mail to them that i didn't get registration key or password, they will send u its key or password
  
• If u did not purchased it and using only demo version then free serials, cracks keys , codes or passwords are illegal & crime. Fix ya do not allow this check so it can dangerous for u and also for us. Fix ya can block both user and expert. i hope u can understand.

Demo software should not be on the device is sold to a customer. Because it is for stores to display them. If you have demo software working on your archos 5 press the power button and hold it for 10 seconds until it shuts off this will reset your device. And it should come up with normal user mode

If pioneer, try hitting the 6 while demo is running.

We called tech support and you fix it by doing a reset on the base of the device. We used a paperclip to push the button. Hope this helps!
