C3200 is an exposure lamp problem. The simplest explanation would be a bad exposure lamp or inverter. More exotic, but still possible, is very cold environment, dirty AC power, a bad CCD, or a bad main PCB.

I HAVE AN IR3225 AND IT GIVE AN ERROR CODE E00000-001

Hello,
this is error code for abnormally high temperature in fixing unit.

If there isn't anything wrong with the fixing heater or thermistors you can try to clear the error code in service mode.

Procedure:

While the copier is showing error or in ready to copy mode
1) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
2) Press the 2 and 8 keys of the keypad at the same time.
3) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
Now on touch screen choose: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR

Turn the copier off and back on.

That should do the trick.

If there is problem in heather or if the error occures again after few copies made, then you need to replace fixing film unit.

Hope that helps!

E 000732-0001 IN CANON iRC 3200 .

Here are some possible solutions
getfile.asp?rid=1258 March 3, 2009 getfile.asp?rid=3215 Product : imageRUNNER C3200 / 2620 / 3220 Title : E732 and E733 are Displayed, when Copying off the Glass or when using the DADF
Error :
Error codes of E732 and E733 are displayed, when copying off the glass or when using the DADF. The Control Panel would go blank and the processing data light would continue to blink. After a few minutes in this state; the copier was rebooted and the codes would resolve themselves, but would eventually return.

Workaround :
First, try reseating all the connectors to the Reader Controller, Interface PCB, and DDI-S PCB. Next,
check for proper voltage to all three boards.
In this case, a defective DC Fuse PCB caused the error codes. An intermittent loss of voltage to the Reader Unit caused the machine to code out.

Note:
The part number for the DC Fuse PCB is FG3-3020-020.

Our company has a Cannon C3200 Imagerunner. For a week it smelled like something was burning now it gives a code of E000002-0102. Can you give an estimate of the cost of repair.

Hi,
its probably fault in thermoswitch or fixing heater, if you are going to replace whole fixing assy, wich is recomended procedure, it will cost you.

I dont know prices in your region but in EU is about 1000EUR.

Hope that helped!

Unable to copy with my Kyocera KM-1815. Error code is C3200.

Typicaly the scanner optics would need to be cleaned. Or it could be a scan lamp failure. A Kyocera dealer could help you with this.
