1. You will need to gain access to the drain pump through the bottom of the Washing machine. Remove the Drain hoses from the pump, clear any debris, change, etc. If it is clear, or the error continues after clearing, replace the drain pump.
2. If you replace the drain pump and it still won't drain, you will need a new Control Board.

Incorrect power supply, or damaged module

If the drain hose was cleared the water should have drained off. It sounds like the Condensation drain is still partially or fully clogged and not allowing the water to drain off. The only way to get into the area of the condensation drain, other than through the drain hose, is to open up the Coil area on the interior of the vehicle. When they attempted to clear the drain they most likely used a wire and ran it up the hose to clear it. If the drain hose is actually clear you might be able to drain it a little further by elevating the rear of the vehicle.

You will need to Clear the drain by forcing a solution of water and bleach or water and baking soda into the drain line with a basting syringe. If the solution will not flow through, slide a length of 1/4 inch flexible tubing into the drain tube to push the clog through to the drain pan. Remove the tubing after clearing the clog. This will correct the issue.
