Best way to clean a laminate "wood" floor. I use Pine Sol and lately have been noticing streak marks and dullness.

Floor is dull and appears to have a residue and even after I mop with diluted Pine Sol, there are streaks and some stickiness. I have tried rinsing with clean water and this doesn't seem to help. Any ideas? I've tried Once 'n Done by Armstrong and don't particularly care for this product because it doesn't seem to clean as well and costs well over $23.00 for a gallon. I have two dogs (daschund and rat terrier) and need a pet safe option that will clean, shine, disinfect and remove odor.

The old standby of glass cleaner should do the trick. Use a spray bottle, and spray a small 4x4 section at a time, let it sit for about 2min. , then wipe up with rags. Do NOT let it dry on the floor. You have a buildup of product on the floor. The pine cleaner has a small amount of oil in it and it builds up over time. For a good glass cleaner- I would suggest ZEP glass cleaner. For daily cleaning- I would suggest white vinegar 1 part vinegar to 3 parts HOT water. It will sanitize, and also remove salt stains from the floor left by winter boots and dog footprints.

NEVER used any cleaners on my laminate wood floors. ONLY the Shark Euro Pro S3325. It is leaving excess water and a dull floor. Always used distilled water in my unit. Why am I having this issue?

I recommend you do not use a steam cleaner on laminate flooring. We bought an O'cedar mop and bucket with a built in spinner to get the majority of the water out of the mop. Make sure to push the spinner foot lever a least 6-7 times. If you still have too much water on the floor, spin it more.
Don't use harsh cleaners. Murphy's Oil soap is good, but not too much or it will be sticky. I like the O'cedar because the mop can be popped off the handle and washed in the washing machine. It snaps back on easily. The bucket has a handle and a place on the bottom that makes it easier to empty.
One note:
I pressed the spinner lever too quickly on my first one and after a while the gear stripped.
They are not expensive and I've found them at the dollar store and Walmart.

Can I safely use the Shark pro Steam Pocket mop S3601 on dark hardwood floor?

You will not hurt your finish by using the steam mop...use it without any type of cleaner on the mop head and you should get a great streak free shine...
