you should install a pc suite for sony ericsson so that your pc will read your phone

if not done
then do the same thing in safe mode.
to go to safe mode
restart the computer/laptop-> when it bootsup immediatelly press f8 or f2 key continuously and selest safe mode and follow the steps as below

Better uninstall all the softwares/drivers for your phone first, then install the original SE PC Suite, which is bundled with the Driver also. I've provided the download link below, kindly download and install the Suite and you will be able to sync all your data then.
