It seems like the mod-chip is not letting DNAS clarify the load. Don't use the mod chip man, I play SOCOM Online and I hate it when people use those...just play fair. It will work if you don't use the mod chip.

How to modify sony PS2 to play both original and pirated cd games

You can "chip" the ps2 to play pirated games. Try a local area internet search for people offering the "chipping" service. It is usually pretty cheap ( i found 4 people within 30kms of me offering to do it for under $50 )

My stuff din't work with pirated cd's?

There are multiple "Mods" which can be performed on a PSP (as well as on newer consoles as well).

Some are hardware mods (the addition of chips which expand or bypass (depending on a particular mod) to allow the recognition and playback of various formats, such as 3rd party software. The problem with modding is that if someone isn't careful, the mod can also brick the system (keep it from recognizing the original, retail PS2 games, movies, etc....

Besides that, I can't tell you much more about pirating software, since it's illegal and I'm no advocate of that. You should ask your friend what specific "Mod" was performed, if that's even the case.

PS.. My advice - Don't let anyone modify the hardware on any of your devices, unless you don't care if they ever work again. Also, you can't play online games/content with modded systems...since they are automatically detected and banned from the servers.

AFTER CONNECTING TO NETWORK ALWAYS DNAS LOADING EVEN I CANT CANCE

DNAS is a security system that Sony has running. I'm going to add a DNAS section to the FAQ. Unfortunatly the info I was able to find didn't list the specific error numbers, it only said to contact Sony support if you received one. It shouldn't be related to your physical setup, although I did receive a DNAS error when I misconfigured my IP settings on my PS2 (even though the test connection worked fine). You might double-check your settings, but other than that you'll probably have to call Sony support.

Won't let me connect to PlayStation 2 online

no need to turn off the router's firewall... just forward the ps2 port number on the router. make sure you manually assign static ip address to your ps2.
