Fixed the upside down problem. Service menu has way to fix it. To get to service menu ... turn off tv, press mute then 182, then turn on tv. You haven't specified here that whether you have done all the service adjustments, which have to be done after digital board replacement. It is very necessary to do this after board replacement, especially to a digital board. Check this site to get more details about the adjustments.
I replaced the digital board. It's on the left side of the TV and is the bottom board surrounded by a metal shield with holes.
Now I have perfect picture but now there is no sound. I need to figure out that one, now.
If you replace that board (ebay has them BP94-02084A) and the picture is upside down, you can go to the service menu and correct it by changing the "engine" to Samsung. Turn TV off. Press mute then 182. Then turn on TV. New service menu appears
Likely you either forgot to reattach your color wheel ribbon connector, or have it on upside down. It's the tiny ribbon cable behind your circuit board that will come off as you pull the board away from the DLP chip.
When these colors show up if you can still see the on screen menus with no issues then more than not your digital board is bad. If they are not visible and are distorted as well then the DMD board is bad. Either way both are technician replacement items as the set requires alignment after either one is replaced.
