Take watch spring bar....cut i of....take spring inside the spring bar..use it as a replcement for your lost spring that connect board to bodycase for sound..cut the spring just enough to connect d board and backcase..hope this can help everyone that lost their spring
Use a small amount of wire to make contact between the inside of the metal cae and the contact point where the spring was; there are two on the top and at least one in the bottom. Did it myself. I used picture-hanging wire, unrolled a bit and just wide enough for a "patch cord." revisit it when the battery rund down, like 2 to 10 years from now.
When you replaced the battery you must have dropped a tiny spring from the module. This spring activates the beeping sound.
Is your battery indicator showing a full charge? Sometimes if it's not showing full then the sounds are disabled. If it's not full tape it to the inside of a window for a couple days and see if that gets the indicator up to "full charge" Otherwise you are going to have to send it in to have it repaired.

Yes, this is exactly my problem. The spring fell out. Can anyone tell me where it goes?
