All three lights are flashing on my HP Deskjet 6127. I tried unplugging it from the power source and then plugging it back in. When I try to turn it on all three lights flash and it won't turn off with out me unplugging it.

The lights are flashing constantly one after the other in sequence.

I would expect to see this for a few seconds after powering on the printer but now they do not stop.

Have tried unplugging all cables (it is networked) etc. but no luck.
