Printerr taking time to warm up and now show new hardware found any help

My printer was working very well till a month ago it started not to print just keep warming up. I changed the PC as I thought the hard drive of my Computer was almost full and this was the problem that made it to take time to send info to the printer but it never solve the problem. I now have a new PC but the printer is still doing the same thing. When I turn it on it will normal initialized but when I try to print any document, scanning a text or pictures it will just keep on warming up. And sometimes when I turn it on I see a new hardware found which is HP office jet flash. I have down load the new driver from HP site but I still it doesn?t fine the right driver for that new hardware. Can anyone tell me what this is and where to find the driver? Or is anyone know the solution for my printer why it takes so much time to warm up and never print or scan at all? Any help would be very appreciated

Thanks for your reply. Before I received your answer I tried to open the scanner and cleaned the glass all out, light lubricated but still I have the same problem of just warming up forever.

Then after I received your answer I went to that link trying to update the filmware but I received this message.

    ?BEFORE PROCEEDING
Please make the HP all in one targeted for update is properly connected to the computer and the device is powered on.
The all in one?s software must already be installed before proceeding with this update. Wait for the device to initialize?( Either date/time text or information comparable to 1 copy /100% text will appear in the device?s LCD display.)
Once these condition are met select the [Ok } button below to proceed?

All the condition are met. I went to the HP site and downloaded and installed the full version software, I double checked the connection and waited the printer to initialise but still I got that message. I guess once I figure why I can't install the filmware or how manybe will help to solve the problem. Any idea why I can?t download?

Hello, I bought a printer a few months ago but it doesn't seem to work. I've installed the proper drivers but every time I try printing sth a got a message ''Service error 5100, cancel printing and then...

Hello.

I could make several suggestion to "fix" the problem, such as clean the timing strip, etc., but since your printer is still under warranty, I'd suggest contacting Canon for a repair / replacement due to a potential hardware problem. You shouldn't be getting a "Service error 5100" after a few months.

Hope this helps.

MP830 PGBK does not print, tried new cartridges and usual cleaning etc, nothing. Bought new print head but still does not print. Other colours Bk,Y,M,C all ok. Have tried 'Auto Alignment' but this fails...

the printhead probably needs to be taken out of printer and cleaned.

just pop the ink cartridges out, then remove the print-head, fill a sink full of warm water, and swirl the print head around in the warm water. Blow through the color slits on the print head into the sink full of water it will get messy. empty the sink full of colored warm water.
rinse and repeat till your are satisfied its clean. dry it off with a cloth towel you don't care for, because it will get messy and covered in ink.
put your printer back together and it should work...it may take a few times...but i got my printer 'PGBK ink cartridge' working again doing this. or you can spend 100 bucks and buy a new print-head...my printer is a mp830 it came apart easily no tools or force needed... good luck and don't break your printer...its easy.

Cyan cartridge

My IP4200 started doing this about a week ago it tells me I have two Cyan cartridges. I don't, cartridges are canon cartridges and were changed four months ago worked fine until now. Pressing the middle button the resume button is working eventually, so far, but I don't know for how long. Seems like a hardware problem as I deleted and reinstalled the software no difference and everything worked fine for the first four months.
