Did you make an iCloud backup on your previous phone? connect your new iPhone to the wifi. Sign in to your new iPhone with your apple id and password. When asked, Restore from iCloud Backup. choose the last date when you last took the back up. Stay connected while the data are being backed up from the iCloud

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone or iPod touch, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Power off the device (Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the the iPhone or iPod touch to turn off.
Press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to iPhone. When you reconnect the USB to iPhone, the device should then power on.
Note: If you see the message "Charging... Please Wait" , let the device charge for at least 10 minutes to ensure the battery has some charge and then start with step 2 again.
Continue holding the Home button while iPhone starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo.
When you see "Connect to iTunes" on the screen, you can release the Home button andiTuneswill display the recovery mode message:
If you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" screen, then disconnect the USB cable from iPhone and repeat steps 3-6.
I think you should restore your iPhone to factory settings. if you cannot do that with the iTunes software, there's a chance your device's battery is malfunctioning, and you should replace it on a service center, if you'er under warranty.
Try to get it into DFU mode to restore the firmware. To get it into
that mode you hold menu and sleep/wake buttton together for 5sec, when
it turns off keep holding the menu button, do all of that while the
iPhone is connected to the computer. When it enters DFU mode the screen
of the iphone will stay black but iTunes will detect the iPhone and you
can restore it. If it doesn't connect to iTunes at all, no matter what you do and it simply doesn't start up or play any bootup sounds at all, you have a broken logic board. There is an iphone repair guide website that shows you how to do the replacement yourself and a third party iphone repair company that can do it for you.
i just fixed my iphone and what i did was when ur about to connect the usb cable to your phone wile your doing that hold down the home button untill itunes brings up a message and then u restore from their and its back to normal
just try a hard reset by holding down the home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds. See if that works and then connect to the USB port of your computer and see if iTunes starts automatically and recognize it.
U tried the safe mode? Get there by holding the sleep and home buttons down (same as rebooting) then once the phone is off, release the sleep button, but keep the home button down. iTune should then notify you that the iphone is connected in safe mode. Unfortunately I had the same problem ended up restoring the phone.
